In case of an order, a contract (purchase offer) is concluded with BARUCH GmbH, Könizstrasse 61, 3008 Bern, Switzerland (Commercial Register Office Bern, CHE-384.098.124). 
As soon as we have received the payment, we will start processing the order. BARUCH is entitled to refuse an order without giving reasons. For further information on delivery times and returns, see below.


Prices generally include all taxes and delivery costs up to the specified delivery address. There are no further costs.
For large projects, special conditions, remote delivery addresses, and marked products, other conditions may apply. This will be shown transparently on the website and when ordering. All prices are valid for the corresponding delivery areas (see next point), for which the website is offered. Please note the delivery regions. Outside of these regions, additional delivery, customs costs or taxes may apply.

Delivery (Areas, Deadlines)

BARUCH GmbH covers the following delivery areas: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, United Kingdom (England), Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Delivery is made with INCOTERM DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) unless otherwise stated. Thus, the goods will be delivered to the customer's desired address without incurring additional costs. To arrange a delivery date, you will be contacted by our logistics partner in advance by phone.

The delivery times are indicated on the product page. However, these are without guarantee. In some cases, there may be delays. After a 30 days delay you can withdraw from the sale. 
For unique items created with our configurator, other delivery times apply. These will be communicated to you personally. Usually, it takes between 20 and 30 weeks.

Product and care instructions

Our products are made entirely by hand and may therefore contain small imperfections. This is normal with handicrafts and is not considered a defective product.
Please also note our care instructions. If these are disregarded, we assume no liability.


There is a right of return of 14 days after receipt of the goods. This means that the goods may be returned within this period after the arrival of the package in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.  Contact us to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will be refunded the amount paid after the arrival of the goods. You are responsible for the return transport. 
Excluded from the right of return are self-configured chairs or specially marked products such as those with a reduced price.


Incomplete or defective goods can be returned within the legal warranty period. 
For this, you have to contact us within 48h. A photo or video of the defective goods will help us to claim compensation.


Vouchers are issued digitally. The conversion into cash is excluded. 

Arbitration board

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Place of jurisdiction

In principle, Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.

Data protection

When you visit our website, information (date, time, pages viewed) about the access may be stored on the server.
